Mαλδίβες, δημιουργήθηκε με τη βύθιση των ηφαιστιογενών νησιών και την παράλληλη ανάπτυξη των κοραλλιών που τα περιβάλλουν σ ένα κυκλικό ύφαλο. Τα 1192 μικροσκοπικά νησάκια πάνω στον Ισημερινό- αποτελούν ένα σύμπλεγμα 600 χλμ. νοτιοδυτικά της Σρι Λάνκα στον Ινδικό ωκεανό.

Lovely hotel with great location close to Male (just a short boat ride from Male). Beautiful lagoon but the snorkeling is a little distance from beach (a bit difficult with young children). Food is expensive and there should be a lighter option for lunch (only buffet option by the pool which is a pity). Otherwise good choice as you can eat out on the sister island (3mns boat ride away...)
